Journal writing helps us better understand who we are from the inside out. Are there any particular questions that are concerning you at the moment? Is there an ‘answer’ that you are looking for? Try this exercise and see what you discover about yourself.
Before going to bed at night, think quietly and carefully about a specific concern for which you would like some guidance. Try and be as clear as possible and then go to bed. When you wake up in the morning, take few moments to sit down and write in your journal. Let your heart lead you in whatever direction it chooses. Reflect on your writing and read what your heart has revealed in the night.
