With the advent of Spring, it is time to ‘spring clean’ your emotional wardrobe. What emotions have you been holding onto for the past few months? Do you find yourself stuck in a feeling of sadness, negativity, fear, or guilt? We experience many different emotions throughout the day. No one emotion is better than any other. Still there can be one or more emotions that we tend to fall back to. What is yours? Would you like to change it?
Spend some time this week, visiting your emotional position. Where do you tend to settle in? Determine if you enjoy that emotion or would prefer to change it. Then take some more time to feel where you would like to be emotionally and gradually work yourself to that place.
