Fear or Peace? Fear or Peace? What you fear can prevent you from feeling peaceful in other areas of your life. Take a minute to reflect on something you fear. Think about how it affects your life at the moment and if there is anything you can do about it. Try and remind yourself that fear is really False Evidence Appearing Real. Acknowledge your fear and then accept it. What happens to the fear when you accept it? Does it become less prominent in your thoughts? Does it create space for a little more peace? Write in your journal about your experience.
